SATURDAY, MAY 2 Breakfast 8:00am: Scrambled eggs with variety of toppings, home fried potatoes, wheat toast, fruit. Cereal Bar: Hot Oatmeal, Yogurt. Coffee, Tea, Juice, and Milk/non-dairy too. Lunch 12:30pm: Sandwich Bar: Assorted Breads, Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, tuna or Egg Salad , Soy Butter and Jelly, Salad Bar, Soup or Veggie Tray. Cookies, Fruit Beverage. Dinner 6:00pm: BBQ Pork Lion, Baked Potato and Salad bar, Cornbread, Corn on Cob (Seasonal). Dessert and Beverages SUNDAY, OCTOBER 14 Breakfast 8:00am: Green Chili Frittata, Potatoes, Fresh Fruit. Cereal Bar: Hot Oatmeal, Yogurt, Tea, Juice, and Milk/non-dairy too. Lunch 12:30pm: Burrito and Taco Bar, Chicken and Beef, Spanish Rice and Refried Beans. Beverages and Cookies. PLUS ...

Former kitchen crew members on the Planning Team recall cooking mounds of bacon, creating stacks of pancakes, cutting bowls of fruit, flipping hamburgers, and making enough spaghetti to feed everyone twice.
